Todd Green joins the First Baptist coaching staff after having spent the last two years as an assistant for the Univeristy of South Carolina. Green will be responsible for the Hurricane wide receivers and defensive secondary, and will assist with the quarterbacks as well.

At South Carolina, Green helped with weekly game preparation; his duties included working with the game and practice films, preparing weekly cut-up tapes for the coaching staff, and general football operations. He spent the 2003 season with The Citadel football staff working in quality control. In 2002, Green was a member of Bishop England High School's football staff, coaching the defensive secondary for both the varsity and junior varsity.
Green, 27,is a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He earned a Master's Degree in Sports and Entertainment Management in 2006 while at South Carolina.
His on campus responsibilites will include teaching in the physical education department.
