Extended Day Programs

Extension Program

To assist working parents, First Baptist School offers an Extension Program to Lower School families. Children who enroll in the Extension Program will engage in free play, East Bay playground visits, games, and homework time. The Extension Program is housed in the Lower School building, providing a safe and secure environment for enrollees.

The Extension Program operates Monday through Friday, beginning the first day of school and continuing through the last day of school (provided sufficient enrollment is maintained). The hours are from the end of the school day until 4:30 p.m. After September 8, we will reevaluate extending aftercare to 5:30 pm. There will be a late fee of $1 per minute beginning at 4:31 p.m. There will be no Extension Program during school holidays.

For more information about the K-2-6th grade Extended Day Program, please contact Jodi Truluck at truluckj@fbschool.org.

Aftercare will not be available on the following dates during the 2020-2021 school year:

  • August 17th

  • October 14th

  • November 20th

  • December 17th
