Bethany Parker serves as the Director of Human Resources at First Baptist School of Charleston. She supports the school’s faculty and staff, who work to make each school day possible. Her work includes coordinating hiring and onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits, and helping employees navigate school policies and workplace questions. Ms. Parker enjoys getting to know the people she works with, welcoming new team members, and being someone our employees feel comfortable turning to with questions or concerns.

Before moving into the HR department, Ms. Parker served as Executive Assistant to the Head of School here at FBS. She also spent seven years as an office administrator at a chiropractic clinic. Both experiences helped to shape her thoughtful, organized approach to supporting others. Ms. Parker is grateful to work alongside the awesome people who make First Baptist School such a caring and truly wonderful school community!
