Jay Godbolt is a dedicated Athletic Director with nearly 30 years of experience in athletics and a proud Air Force veteran. As a varsity basketball coach, he achieved over 450 career wins, earned three State Championships, and was named Region Coach of the Year 14 times. Jay has also been honored as Coach of the Year by SC High School Sports Report, SCISA, and The Post and Courier. As an athletic director, his leadership has guided teams to five state championships. Committed to the total development of student-athletes, Jay is excited to lead First Baptist Athletics to new heights.
