Join us this summer for Camp Hurricane! We'll be offering enrichment classes  taught by our faculty in various subjects including math, art, athletics, and even superheroes! Classes will vary per week and be offered in either a morning (9:00 am-12:00 pm) or afternoon session (1:00 pm-3:00 pm). Each class is $170 per student. Camp will be held on our James Island campus at 2051 George Griffith Blvd.

Classes are for rising 5th through 12th grades, except for our Superheroes class, which is for ages 4-10.

Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional $10 per day.

Morning Session, 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Class Descriptions

All Things Art

Instructor: Kelly Blalock

Campers will explore a variety of art mediums, including paint pouring, watercolor, linoblocks, solar prints, "drawing" with heat, polymer clay, and more. Each day, campers will create a major art project in a different medium, and we'll play art-themed games along the way!)

Baseball Camp

Campers will learn baseball fundamentals through fun games and drills.

Christmas in July

Get ready to celebrate Christmas in July! We'll make ornaments and cards, build gingerbread houses, play Christmas-themed games, and finish the week with our very own Christmas party - complete with a Christmas movie, Christmas pajamas, and hot chocolate!

Disc Golf

Explore the fun of disc golf! Campers will learn how to play, participate in games, and even learn some trickshots!

Game Night

Flower Power

Explore the world of flowers through art history, medicine, structure and dissection, gardening, and learning how to make floral arrangements!

Math Prep

Level up your math skills through this week-long math prep camp! Math levels include anything from middle school and up, including SAT and ACT prep.

Outdoor Games

It’s “game on” with our Outdoor Games Camp! We’ll be playing classic games like capture the flag, kickball, hide and seek, freeze tag, and more!

Pickleball

Come play and enjoy the fastest growing sport in the US! Pickleball is a hybrid of badminton, ping pong, and tennis. Learn the fundamentals and have a blast with us!

Superheroes

Ages 4-10

This fun and exciting camp will let campers create their own superhero, discover and create their superpowers, and even design their own costume!

Spanish Dancing and Culture
