Meet the Teacher! Mike Richter, High School Spanish

Please welcome Mike Richter to First Baptist! He will be teaching Spanish on our James Island campus.

Mr. Richter graduated from Newberry college in 2020 with a B.A in Spanish and a minor in History. While in Newberry, he spent time helping teach Spanish 101 and 102 classes as well as teaching English as a second language to native Spanish speakers. He also competed for both the Track and Cross Country teams. Mr. Richter is extremely excited to teach Spanish 1 & 2 at First Baptist and show the students the amazing language and culture that he has grown to love.
