Welcome Back from the First Baptist School Health & Wellness Team!

A huge "Welcome Back" to all of the returning First Baptist School students, parents, faculty and staff! Summer flew by in an instant it seems, and now it is September with the 2019-2020 school year in full swing.

The Health and Wellness Team consists of Rosemary Bonham (MBA, RN), Rose Cummings (MA, LPC), and Lynn Gervais (BSN, RN). Our crew is excited to introduce to you our little corner of the internet! Join us every other week as we launch a blog this year to help communicate with parents and students on a variety of subjects. We hope that you will subscribe to our feed and let us know what you think!

We would love to hear from you about key subjects you may be interested in. Some of our ideas for topics to cover are nutrition, sleep, mental health, stress management, parenting, and general health wellness. Feel free to send in your questions and/or topics of interest to bonhamr@fbschool.org.
